Rebecca brings business savvy and tenacity to the mix. She combines a business background with a lifelong devotion to helping children reach their full potential in a variety of ways - ‘cuddling’ newborns as a volunteer, qualifying in CPR/First Aid, and spending countless hours in the water with her own kids. As a mother of two and mentor to others, she is deeply committed to keeping children safe - in and out of the water. Born and raised in the United States, she has a Master’s Degree in Management from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. Rebecca is responsible for development and execution of the business and financial plans. Rebecca currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
Kerry is the author of 'Jabari Makes A Splash'. Children’s welfare has always played a central role in Kerry’s professional and personal life. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, she has worked to improve the lives of at-risk children, including working with orphanages and the Special Olympics. She has also worked as a human rights lawyer specializing in Africa. Her deep passion for human rights is equaled by her passion for being a mother of five. Kerry resides in Canada.
